Our focus is to create all-Ohio beers using regional agricultural products such as hops and barley. The brewery is a community focal point that allows for gathering and interaction with attractions like live music, sports, and weekly events. We want to bring communities together to enjoy libations in a comfortable taproom environment.

TOM'S BLONDE
A lighter blonde ale that is dedicated to the ownership's father who served twenty years in the US Air force. We believe this is a highly drinkable beer that can be enjoyed seasonally for its refreshing taste.
SEXY REXY RED ALE
A very drinkable red ale that provides a full body taste utilizing a variety of local ingredients.
THE DEVIL'S SESSION IPA
A lighter drinking IPA that pleases the senses with a hint of lemon and creates a "devilish side" that bites, but not too hard.
THE ENGINE IPA
An IPA that can be be appreciated by a variety of craft beer enthusiasts. This locally produced IPA allows even the novice beer drinker the ability to enjoy this signature craft beer produced from Ohio components.
MR. C "HAYES-E" IPA
A "Hayes-e" IPA that embodies the complete picture of the Carey Brewing Station owner. Made from the signature hops from his own hop farm, this IPA is truly an O-H-I-O legend.
JERRY'S TRAIL ALE
An ale that many will say can be a "Shandy." This is a very lgiht and drinkable beer that won't fill you up and tastes great in the sun on the CBS patio! Get on Jerry's trail with this fun and agile libation.
CAREYFEST - OKTOBERFEST
Our first "Oktoberfest" style beer named after the village's largest summer gathering. Enjoy this season lager style brew while it lasts.
DOUBLE ENGINE IPA
A double IPA which we think we will expand into a consistent solid IPA with some "punch" behind it. Give it a try and think of the heavy moving double engine train.
OHIO MOON ORANGE ALE
Nothing says a warm summer evening like a full moon, a farmer's moon, or maybe even a late summer harvest moon. The Carey Brewing Station wants you to savor our orange infused brew with a hint of coriander in the finish. Using all Ohio ingredients welcome those glorious summer days. We see this libation as a patio favorite for some serious summer fun.
SPIKED SELTZER - MIXED BERRY
CBS's original Spiked Seltzer. This mixed berry flavor provides a variation from our all Ohio beer options. A lighter drink that holds the cold like an Ohio frozen railroad spike in mid-January. Give it a try on the CBS patio.
PILSNER
A basic pislner forged from local sourced ingredients that creates a simple beverage for the light beer enthusiast. This beer creates an option for those craft beer drinkers not wanting a heavy bitter beer. Give this local "light" beer a try!
THE COFFEE SHOP STOUT
A stout made locally from grains to coffee beans. This stout has some caramel undertones that blend with the coffee beans from The Coffee Shop in downtown Carey. A mild drinking stout that can be drank throughout the visit.
SPIKED SELTZER - CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY 9

CBS's Christmas Spiked Seltzer. This Cranberry flavor provides a variation from our all Ohio beer options with a "spin" for the holidays. A lighter beverage that celebrates the season and provides a refreshing take on our all Ohio line-up.
HAZELNUT STOUT (SEASONAL)
A stout made locally from grains and infused with hazelnut to create a very drinkable beverage that will warm you in the winter. Give this stout a try and enjoy the aroma.
