Our focus is to create all-Ohio beers using regional agricultural products such as hops and barley. The brewery is a community focal point that allows for gathering and interaction with attractions like live music, sports, and weekly events. We want to bring communities together to enjoy libations in a comfortable taproom environment.

SPIKED CIDER - PINEAPPLE
CBS's original Spiked Pineapple Cider. This sweet flavor provides a combination variation from our all Ohio "beer" options. A lighter drink that will refresh you throughout the spring / summer season. Give it a try in the CBS Taproom! We say it's a refreshing Pineapple twist.
TOM'S BLONDE
A lighter blonde ale that is dedicated to the owner's father who served twenty years in the US Air force. We believe this is a highly drinkable beer that can be enjoyed seasonally for its refreshing taste.
SMARTY MARTY BLACK RASPBERRY
A wheat base beer to add to our collection made from Fresh Ohio Black Raspberries. This profile will make you think of summertime in rural Ohio. Pick this bunch for yourself. Put-In-Bay Legend and Captain Marty Mathews inspired the creation! He is a strong acquaintance of the brewery owners.
A new variable to our current selections with a flavoring of Peach that we think creates a unique and flavorful combination for a great seasonal option.
PEACHY KEEN
OHIO MOON ORANGE ALE
Nothing says a warm summer evening like a full moon, a farmer's moon, or maybe even a late summer harvest moon. The Carey Brewing Station wants you to savor our orange infused brew with a hint of coriander in the finish. Using all Ohio ingredients welcome those glorious summer days. We see this libation as a patio favorite for some serious summer fun.
WATERMELON HONEY WHEAT
A new alternative to our current selections with a mixture of Watermelon and Honey Wheat that we think creates a unique and flavorful combination for any season.
SEX REXY RED ALE
A very drinkable red ale that provides a full body taste utilizing a variety of local ingredients. Give Sexy Rexy a try today!
THE COFFEE SHOP STOUT
A stout made locally from grains to coffee beans. This stout has some caramel undertones that blend with the coffee beans from The Coffee Shop in downtown Carey. A mild drinking stout that can be drank throughout the visit.
ENGINE IPA
An IPA that can be appreciated by a variety of craft beer enthusiasts. This locally produced IPA allows even the novice beer drinker the ability to enjoy this signature craft beer produced with Ohio components. This version provides a little "Smoke" from the stacks.

CBS's original Spiked Cherry Cider. This Sweet Cherry flavor provides a variation from our all Ohio "beer" options. A lighter drink that will refresh you throughout the cold winter months. Give it a try in the CBS Taproom! We say it's a refreshing twist.
THE CBS "CLASSIC" STOUT
A stout made locally from grains to other ingredients. This stout has some classic characteristics that make it a solid performer with stout drinkers from all palates; Roasted Barley fused with Chocolate Malt for a fine, fine, finish.
Carey Brewing Station Beers are made exclusively with Ohio Hops and Malting Barley. A majority of our beers are "grown and made here" in the great State of Ohio. We also offer guest taps for Ohio Brewers and Out of State Breweries. The Carey Brewing Station also offers a full liquor bar with Ohio made wine selections. We are proud of our broad selection of libations. You will also find domestic beers along with other adult beverage to suit the needs of our customer base, such as high noons, carbliss, twisted tea, etc.
