ABOUT US

The owners are farmers by trade, operating a small hop farm that helps supply breweries from across the state since 2014. They are family farmers who prioritize supporting local agriculture and wanted to bring that principle to a new nano-brewery in Carey, Ohio. At start-up, all of our beers will be created using exclusively Ohio-made hops and barley, as we pride ourselves on crafting product lines that will give our customers a chance to taste the richness of the regional agriculture. Our facility, a building that has a long tradition in the Carey community, became the perfect site for the owners to make their idea come to life. The management team immediately got to work and restored this one hundred year-old building into a brewery that we hope will define the social scene in the community through live entertainment, sports, events, and other gatherings, for years to come. Equipped with twenty taps, our facility will provide a variety from our own brewer and selections from other Ohio Craft Breweries. Additionally, the taproom will also provide domestic beers along with selections of wine in single pour containers or bottles. Our building is nearly a century old, but our beer is new, fresh, and focused on creating a vibrant flavor for an All-Ohio made product.
