We’re thrilled to present our selection of locally brewed, carefully crafted beers. These beers and logos are evolving just as our brewery is growing. Please check back for changes in varieties and the implementation of each our signature beers.
TOM'S BLONDE
A lighter blonde ale that is dedicated to the owner's father who served twenty years in the US Air force. We believe this is a highly drinkable beer that can be enjoyed seasonally for its refreshing taste.
JERRY'S TRAIL ALE
An ale that many will say can be a “Shandy.” This is a very light and drinkable beer that won’t fill you up and tastes great in the sun on the CBS patio! Get on Jerry’s trail with this fun and agile libation.
RAILROAD CROSSING
A cross between a light IPA, a lager, and an ale. This brew came to us by happenstance which is why we are using the term "railroad crossing." May you could get stopped by this grapefruit train?
THE SEXY REXY RED ALE
This smooth finishing red ale is dedicated to one of the businesses founders and his likeness for red beer. We think you'll find the Sexy Rexy as something a little different and we believe this beer will change with the season as new hops are added for flavor. We think everyone can enjoy a Sexy Rexy.
MR. C IPA
Made with Arcadian Hops from the Arcadia Buckeye Hops Farm, this lighter drinking "Hayes-e" IPA provides a unique blend of a locally produced libation that emboldens the owner's personal tastes.
DEVIL'S SESSION IPA
A lighter drinking IPA that pleases the sense and creates a "devilish side" that bites, but not too hard. We hope this can become a Carey tradition.
ENGINE BLONDE
An IPA that can be appreciated by a variety of craft beer enthusiasts. This locally produced IPA allows even the novice beer drinker the ability to enjoy this signature craft beer produced from All-Ohio components.
CAREYFEST - OKTOBERFEST (SEASONAL)
Our first "Oktoberfest" style beer named after the Village's largest summer gathering. Enjoy this seasonal lager style brew while it lasts.
DOUBLE ENGINE IPA
A double IPA which we think will expand into a consistent solid IPA with some "punch" behind it. Give it a try and think of the heavy moving double engine train.
PEACHY KEEN
A new variable to our current selections with a flavoring of Peach that we think creates a super unique and flavorful combination for a great summer season.
MANGO MAMA
A new alternative to our current selections with a mixture of Mango that we think creates a unique and flavorful combination for any season.
CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY - (SEASONAL)
This light taste of Cranberry provides the brewing station with a seasonal beer that fits the holidays. give this "holiday" ale a try aw we move towards the season of winter beer drinking.
FARMER'S PALE AIL
A traditional Pale Ale that can be appreciated for its IPA tendencies, but light enough to be enjoyed by all beer drinkers. This locally produces "Pail" Ale allows for the craft beer enthusiasts to drink a combination beer for an All Ohio Craft Beer produced by Ohio farmers for Ohio craft beer drinkers. Cheers to our farming community.
HAZELNUT STOUT
A stout made locally from grains and infused with hazelnut to create a very drinkable beverage that will warm you in the winter. Give this stout a try and enjoy the aroma.
SPIKED SELTZER - PINEAPPLE (SEASONAL)
CBS's original Spiked Seltzer. The pineapple flavor provides a variation from our all-Ohio beer options. A lighter drink that will refresh you throughout the summer months. Give it a try in the CBS taproom or patio - a refreshing drink.
THE COFFEE SHOP STOUT
A stout made locally from grains to coffee beans. This stout has some caramel undertones that blend with the coffee beans from The Coffee Shop in downtown Carey. A mild drinking stout that can be drank throughout the visit.
WATERMELON HONEY WHEAT - SEASONAL
A new alternative to our current selections with a mixture of watermelon and honey wheat that we think creates a unique and flavorful combination for any season.
